Yes. We can arrange key pick-up from your landlord and delivery upon your arrival for a small fee. When you arrive home, all your furniture will be ready to use.
Can I cancel my rental contract early?
Yes. Early cancellation is allowed but usually involves a cancellation fee depending on your contract length.
What happens if items are damaged?
You are responsible for furniture damage and repair or replacement costs may be deducted from your deposit or charged separately.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is available across the Helsinki metropolitan area (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa). Delivery within nearby areas can be assessed case by case.
What happens at the end of the rental?
You may purchase the furniture or return them in good condition. Any damages or missing items may result in additional charges.
Can I extend or modify my rental?
Generally yes, subject to availability and conditions. Fees or restrictions may apply depending on timing.
Do I have to pay a deposit for my rental contract?
Yes. You pay about one month’s rent as a deposit, which is refunded if items are returned in good condition.
