What happens if rented furniture items are damaged?
You are responsible for furniture damage and repair or replacement costs may be deducted from your deposit or charged separately.

Delivery of furniture rental packages is available across the Helsinki metropolitan area (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa). Delivery within nearby areas can be assessed case by case.
What happens at the end of the rental period?
You may purchase the furniture or return them in good condition. Any damages or missing items may result in additional charges.
Can I extend or modify my furniture rental?
Generally yes, you can extend or modify your furniture rental contract subject to availability and conditions. Fees or restrictions may apply depending on timing.
Do I have to pay a deposit for my furniture rental contract?
Yes. You pay about one month’s rent as a deposit, which is refunded if items are returned in good condition.
